SanMar
Use your sanmar.com web login credentials. Contact sanmarintegrations@sanmar.com or call 206-727-6458 to set up API access.
If you get "User authentication failed": SanMar's API often requires (1) API access to be enabled for your account and (2) IP whitelisting—your current IP must be registered with them. Same web login can still fail until they enable API and whitelist your IP. Add your SanMar customer number below if you have one (sometimes required).
If it used to work and you didn't change anything: Your IP may have changed (different Wi‑Fi, router restart, VPN), or SanMar may have updated something. Ask them to confirm your IP is still whitelisted: sanmarintegrations@sanmar.com or 206-727-6458.
