Reorder Reminder Settings

Configure when and how automated reorder reminder emails are sent to customers.

Enable Reorder Reminders

When enabled, the daily scheduler will create reminder records and send emails.

Timing

Days After Order Completion

Reminders are created for orders that are between 60 and 90 days old. Default: 90 days.

Email Template

HTML body for the reorder reminder email. Available placeholders: {{customer_name}} {{order_number}} {{order_date}} {{reorder_url}}
